Whitley Bay Seafront Masterplan 6.4.19

You only need to complete this second form if your child is eligible for a place and you need a place.

Now the school is closed to most pupils until at least the 12/2/21 we are asking parents to forward project requirements so we can plan the organisation of classes and staffing.

Assuming your child is eligible to attend, your child needs a place and you have completed both the first (see 3.1.21 letter) and second form (see 7.1.21 letter), you do not need to await confirmation before sending your child to school on the days you indicate on the second form.
